Fishing alongside his father, family, and friends, Stanford developed a deep passion for the many incredible species that call Alaskan waters home—and for the delicious ways they could be enjoyed.

Over time, this passion turned into a pursuit. Stanford began collecting recipes, refining them, and perfecting techniques for preparing salmon that would elevate the natural flavors without overpowering them. Many of these recipes were handed down through generations, each touched by tradition and fine-tuned by experience.

About a decade ago, Stanford began crafting small batches of his signature seasoning blend—initially just for personal use and to share with family and friends.
